BRIGADIER GENERAL ISAGANI O CRISTE is the 17th Commander of the First Scout Ranger Regiment (FSRR) of the Philippine Army. The FSRR, which specializes in special reconnaissance and direct action missions, is one of the special operations forces under the Armed Forces of the Philippines Special Operations Command.
