Clay is a Mission Director at Zignal Labs, a real-time data analytics platform that leverages advanced AI/ML to transform disparate data into actionable intelligence and enhance situational awareness of the operational environment. Prior to joining Zignal, Clay worked at the FBI for more than 20 years, including as a deployed tactical embed, FBI Regional Liaison to US Strategic Command, and OCONUS Program Manager for all FBI expeditionary communications. There, Clay gained a strategic and tactical understanding of the power of OSINT and how it can be leveraged to conduct large scale regional and multinational organized criminal investigations. Earlier in his career, Clay also served as a Submarine Officer and Submarine Warfare Tactics Instructor for the U.S. Navy.
