Freight and deliveries

Freight and storage requirements

We strongly recommend exhibitors use the freight and manual handling services offered by our official forwarder and on-site handling contractor, Agility, to ensure items are delivered directly to the stand without delay. The deadline for arrival at the advanced warehouse is Wednesday 21 September. If you would like to know more about your freighting and storage requirements, get in touch with Jeff Broom on jeff.broom@dsv.com

IMPORTANT:
If you are arranging your own courier you must remain in the hall until all your items have been collected. No items should be left behind for collection except where agreed with the official freight forwarding contractor DSV. Clarion Defence is not responsible for any packages shipped outside of Exhibition Freighting DSV. Clarion Defence will not claim any packages onsite or incur any costs associated with inbound shipping.
